If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it to us within 7 days for a replacement or money back. If item is defective in 3 months, we will send you a new one without extra charge or refund after we receive the defective item. If item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a good one after receiving the defective item.
Return and Refund
Whether you request refund or replacement, you must return the item and provide us with the shipping track number, the reason for return and your po#. If you want a full refund you must return the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories.
Item returned will be tested. We will refund if the item is in its original condition or replace a new one for you if the defective is confirmed. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, the a refund will be issue. Shipping, handling and insurance fee are non-refundable.
To start a return process, you should email us to get a return authorization. Your name, po# and reason for return should be included in the mail. If accepted we will send you our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). After getting RMA, buyer can then send back the item together with the filled RMA to us.
1. Only return shipping is to be paid by buyer if returned within 3 months from the date of receipt.
2. All shipping fees are to be paid by buyer if returned after 3 months from the date of receipt.
3. Item returned without RMA will be refused.
